Antidote for the head crazies

Do you ever get in the way of yourself. Your conflicting thoughts over a matter just driving you nuts. You try putting the thoughts out of your head but it works as well as not thinking of pink elephants.

 I suggest a new way to cut yourself some slack. Look at the situation or issue ask GOD is there something you want me to do. If so write it down. {GOD is always constructive not destructive by driving you nuts over and over on the same issue.}

If there is nothing to write down fine. Next hide your heart into the center of GOD.

 You see satan tries to tear away at your heart by driving you nuts with your thoughts. As you hide your heart in GOD you are seeing that he protecting you, and when the thoughts come they bounce off GOD and can’t get to you.

 Seeing your heart inside GOD look around where you are, recall all the verses of how your GOD is a mighty fortress, He is your refuge the one rescues you, who is salvation the ever present one when troubles come.

But it’s not just for the head crazies hiding your heart in him, being in him is love and wisdom and security.
